Coco and Julia’s tandem is known as CocoJul. From being loveteam partners, love bloomed between them, and they eventually became a couple in real life. For the longest time, the couple remained silent about the real score between them.
However, in recent years, they became more open about their relationship. One of the rumors about them was that they already have a child. In a recent interview, Julia directly debunked the speculation that child star Zia Grace is her and Coco’s daughter.
Last week, it was announced that Coco Martin and Julia Montes’s fans in Nairobi, Kenya, will have the chance to bond with them for ABS-CBN’s Kapamilya Live Event. This made their fans in Kenaya so excited.
However, based on the article in The Philippine Entertainment, that event was postponed, and this was due to the conflict in the Middle East.
In a statement, the management of the Kapamilya network stated, “We know our Kenyan fans have been looking forward to our Kapamilya Live in Kenya to see Coco Martin and Julia Montes, who are as excited to meet and perform for them.”
However, with the cited reason, the much-awaited event could not push through. “Unfortunately, due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East affecting airspace safety and flight cancellations, we regret to inform you that Kapamilya Live in Kenya is postponed until further notice,” ABS-CBN said.
Then, ABS-CBN said that the announcement for the dates of the fan meet will be released soon. The management also stressed that they are committed to bringing Coco Martin and Julia Montes to Kenya. “Asanteni sana for the love, understanding, and support!” the media company said.
