Kyline Alcantara was asked what she learned from Ruffa Gutierrez
Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara shared this vital life lesson that her Beauty Empire co-star Ruffa Gutierrez.
Kyline started in showbiz at a young age. She has done various projects from ABS-CBN where she started and when she transferred to GMA. Aside from acting, Kyline also ventured into hosting these last few years.
She is currently part of a new teleserye project and it is a collaboration series of GMA Network, Viu Philippines, and CreaZion Studios.
A press conference was held recently for this new Kapuso series in which reporters had the chance to ask the cast members. This series also featured Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza, actor-singer Sam Concepcion, and Korean actor Choi Bo-min.
Based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Kyline Alcantara was asked what important lesson Ruffa Gutierrez shared with her.
“Always choose yourself. Ikaw muna, bago ‘yung ibang tao. ‘Yun ‘yung palagi niyang advice sa akin. Actually hindi lang sa akin, sa aming dalawa ni Barbie,” the young actress said. Kyline also pointed out that it is important to find yourself every time you are lost.
Meanwhile, it is known to many showbiz fans that Kyline Alcantara had a controversial breakup with basketball player Kobe Paras. It was because Kobe’s mom, former actress Jackie Forster, spoke on social media accusing Kyline of being a “manipulative” and “toxic” girlfriend.
Amid the negative issue raised against her, Kyline chose to be silent and moved on from what happened.
Prior to this, her breakup with actor-host Mavy Legaspi, who was her loveteam partner, was also quite controversial. Allegedly, Kyline also had a conflict with Mavy’s mom, Carmina Villarroel. Just like her latest breakup, Kyline also did not divulge the details of her separation from Mavy.
