Annabelle Rama Still Touring Italy—Despite Health Setback
ANNABELLE RAMA – Annabelle Rama is gradually getting better in Italy following a health scare during her trip across Europe.
Annabelle Rama, a well-known talent manager and public figure, is currently in the process of recovering after encountering a medical issue during her trip to Europe. Although she missed a recent family gathering at their home in Quezon City last Sunday, her loved ones are comforted by the fact that she is safe and gradually healing while in Italy.
She reportedly suffered from painful and swollen feet, likely due to excessive walking during her European travels. The sudden health concern caused significant worry among her family, particularly her daughter Ruffa Gutierrez, who had trouble contacting her at the time of the incident.
Thankfully, Annabelle has already seen a doctor and started taking medication for her condition. She lightened the mood by telling her family, “Nag-take na ako ng medicine kaso ihi ako nang ihi.” Her candid comment helped assure everyone that her health is being properly managed.
Despite her recent scare, Annabelle—fondly known as “Bisaya”—remains eager to make the most of her trip. While she now avoids long walks, she continues to go out and opts to rest at coffee shops while waiting for her companions. “Naglalakad na siya ulit, pero kapag mahaba ang lalakarin ay mas pinipili na lamang niyang umupo sa mga coffee shop habang hinihintay ang mga kasama sa trip.”
According to a report by Abante columnist Jun Lalin, the Gutierrez family now feels more at ease knowing that Annabelle’s health is improving. Eddie, Ruffa, Elvis, and Raymond Gutierrez were all present at the recent family gathering, where they shared their relief about her condition, even in her absence.
Ruffa mentioned that she had encouraged her mother to rest and stay in the hotel, but Annabelle was determined to continue enjoying her vacation. “Gusto pa rin daw nitong i-enjoy ang bakasyon sa Italy kahit may limitasyon na ang kilos.”
Luckily, she was able to access the necessary medication and receive medical care in Italy, bringing peace of mind to her family, friends, and supporters who remain concerned about her well-being.
