Speaking in a YouTube interview with Bernadette Sembrano, Mylene openly expressed, “Ayoko. I can’t be tied down, I can’t even be in the city. Malikot ako e. I don’t like the feeling of being locked in one place.”
For Mylene, a wedding isn’t necessary to validate the strength of a relationship. She emphasized that she and Jason are both at ease with their unconventional setup. She has found contentment living in La Union, where she runs a beach house that she regards as her peaceful retreat.
