Heart Evangelista shared her thoughts on aesthetic enhancements
Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista has this warning to people who are planning to have “retoke.”
Heart is one of the most beautiful faces in the entertainment industry. Aside from her looks and talent, she is also known for her fashion style which brought her to the international fashion scene.
With her career in showbiz and the fashion industry, it is natural that she has to maintain her looks and figure. In previous interviews, Heart admitted that she had non-surgical treatments such as Botox and lip fillers, and the latter made her have regrets about doing.

She also knows that there is still somehow a certain stigma in the Philippines when it comes to cosmetic enhancements as she is aware that some celebrities are not open to talking about the procedures they had.
Heart Evangelista said that she understands this because after all, it is one’s prerogative to talk about this or not.
In a recent interview with The Philippine Star, Heart Evangelista was asked what she could say to people who want to have “retoke” or aesthetic enhancements. She stressed that doing this is not as easy as just going to the clinic and telling the doctor to do something on your face or your body.
The Kapuso star reminded the public not to undergo any enhancement done by a doctor who they do not trust. “It’s all about trust,” she said.

Heart also admitted that she learned from her past
mistakes when it came to this matter. There was a point when she felt like she was trigger-happy and wanted to do what she thought of.
“I’ve experienced so many things when I was trigger-happy and that did not do me well. So you really have to work on what’s really there. You don’t want to go to a doctor and para kang na-reincarnate, ‘di mo na kilala ang sarili mo. Baka ma-stress ka. So really, slowly but surely, you get to know the clinic and the doctor,” she said.
