Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara was defended by her longtime friend amid the recent controversy.
Kyline is one of the most talked about celebrities these past few days because of her breakup issue with basketball player Kobe Paras. Fans have been rallying behind her amid the issue but some people also criticized her.
Some people comment about her alleged attitude, especially when Kobe’s mom former actress Jackie Forster spoke about the breakup issue to defend the basketball player.
Kyline was accused of physically assaulting Kobe and that she was toxic. However, Jackie was slammed by social media personality Xian Gaza.
Amid the issue, Kyline Alcantara’s friend shared a post defending the actress. In an Instagram Story, Hanna Rioteta shared a post defending the Kapuso actress.
Hanna said that she has been friends with Kyline for 12 years now and their friendship is not just a shallow connection. She pointed out the negative things that have been shared about Kyline and that these do not match the Kyline she knows.
“Kai is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She checks in, she shows up, and she gives even when she doesn’t have to,” Hanna said, adding that the actress cares deeply and always does the right thing.
Kyline’s friend also said, that those who know the actress would say that she is a good person and that she handles tough situations with care. Hanna also pointed out that Kyline owns up when it is needed.
“Just wanted to say that there’s more to the story – and more to her,” the friend of Kyline Alcantara said.
As of this writing, the Kapuso actress has not spoken yet about the allegations against her. Previously, she mentioned in a magazine interview that amid a controversy, she is choosing peace.
