Enchong Dee Survives Terrifying Allergy Attack
ENCHONG DEE – Kapamilya actor Enchong Dee was rushed to the ER after a terrifying allergic reaction, revealing that his throat ‘almost closed’ before doctors intervened.
Enchong Dee gave his fans quite a scare after revealing that he was recently rushed to the emergency room due to a severe allergic reaction.
In an Instagram post on Monday, April 21, Enchong shared a photo of his hand wearing a hospital tag, along with the story of how he nearly lost his breath. “Thank you to all the ER doctors and nurses in Makati Med. My throat almost closed if it wasn’t for their quick response,” said the actor, expressing his deep gratitude to the medical team at Makati Medical Center for their swift action.
Enchong admitted that he still doesn’t know the full list of things he’s allergic to. Because of this, he realized the need to finally take his health more seriously. “I honestly don’t know the full list of my allergies. Now it will be a priority as soon as I’m done with work,” he said, vowing to prioritize his well-being after the incident.
The actor also emphasized the importance of being prepared when it comes to health, especially highlighting the need for health insurance. “Also, health insurance is a must! Ang bigat-bigat ng extra gastos pag may karamdaman tayo,” Enchong reminded his followers.
Many of his fans sent messages of concern and prayers for his speedy recovery. He was also praised for being open about his experience and using it as a way to raise awareness about the importance of being prepared in case of emergencies, particularly in terms of one’s health.
