How is Barbie Forteza after ending her 7-year relationship with Jak Roberto?
Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza was asked if she is ready to face her ex-boyfriend actor Jak Roberto.
Barbie had an explosive revelation at the start of 2025. She announced that she and Jak are no longer together. They were together for 7 years, and JakBie fans somehow anticipated the next level of their relationship.
The actress did not reveal the reason for their breakup, but speculations surfaced, accusing the actor of cheating on the actress.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Barbie Forteza was asked how she is three months after her breakup with Jak Roberto. She said that she enjoys being single right now.
“I’m so, so happy to be in a relationship with myself right now,” the Kapuso Primetime Princess said. She added that she is getting to know herself more and she is discovering more about herself now.
“Kaya ko palang tumakbo. Kaya ko palang maging morning person. Akalain mo yun? Hindi ako morning person, wala akong exercise dati, ngayon tumatakbo na ako. I’m falling in love with myself every day,” the actress enthused.
When asked if she will greet Jak if they see each other, Barbie said that, of course, she will greet her ex-boyfriend. She added that she would greet anyone and that “tampo” is not in her mind because there is no reason for that to feel.
Barbie Forteza was also asked about her current loveteam partner, David Licauco. Their onscreen partnership surprisingly became a hit, and together, they are known as the BarDa loveteam.
She admitted that she and David became closer, but they are just good friends. They are both busy with their individual endeavors. She said that David is a nice guy and he is her good friend. Barbie also said that their loveteam seemed to be so effective that fans are expecting that there is more than what they see on screen.
