Angeli Khang will continue doing projects on VMX
Vivamax Queen Angeli Khang said that she won’t turn her back on the online video streaming platform where she started her acting career.
Angeli has done several movies for Vivamax, which is now known as VMX. This streaming platform is known for releasing sultry or X-rated movies. Angeli rose to fame for starring in this kind of movie.
However, Angeli was able to crossover to the mainstream. She was able to be part of the defunct Kapuso primetime series Black Rider. Despite having the chance to cross to the mainstream, Angeli said that she will not totally leave VMX.
In a recent interview with The Philippine Star columnist Dolly Anne Carvajal, Angeli Khang shared that she is raring to do more mainstream projects but she is not turning her back on where she started.
“VMX paved the way for me. So even if I get busy with mainstream projects, I will still find time to do VMX films. Eventually siguro less bold roles na,” she said.
In the same interview, Angeli was asked about the status of her love life. The sultry actress showed Dolly Anne the photo of the men who are courting her right now.
She said that they are currently in the getting-to-know stage. “He’s not from showbiz but he understands the nature of my job,” she shared.
Then, she was asked to react to people who look at her as s=x object. Angeli jokingly said that she would let them droll but seriously speaking, she said that she knows her worth and that she does not let others define me.
Previously, Angeli Khang went viral because of her revelation on Toni Talks, the YouTube talk show of Ultimate Multimedia Star Toni Gonzaga. She shared that in doing intimate scenes, she would feel that sometimes she was being harassed.
