Donny Pangilinan Welcomes Fans Inside His Stylishly Renovated Condo
DONNY PANGILINAN – Kapamilya actor Donny Pangilinan takes fans on an exclusive tour of his newly renovated condo, showcasing its stylish upgrades and modern design.
On February 1, 2025, ABS-CBN actor Donny Pangilinan delighted fans by posting a house tour vlog on his official YouTube channel. The video showcased the stunning transformation of his condo, highlighting his personal style and design choices.
Donny opened the vlog with a heartfelt reflection on the significance of the property, sharing, “So this place right here means a lot to me because it was the very first investment I made. When I first entered showbiz, I really wanted… one of my goals was to be able to purchase a place that I can call my own home, to have a place to rest, especially beside the city.”
Initially, Donny admitted that he did not put much thought into the condo’s design. It mainly served as temporary lodging for work in Quezon City, while he spent most of his time at his family’s home in Cavite. The pandemic also affected his time in the condo, as he preferred staying with his loved ones rather than being alone in the unit.
Determined to give the space a fresh look, Donny decided on a minimalist design with a modern and industrial aesthetic. He explained, “Basically, when I get here, I want it to just be a place I chill, relax, think of maybe what movie I’m going to watch, and get ready for the next day of work.”
The renovation incorporated a raw, cement-finish aesthetic, giving the condo a stylish yet unfinished look. Donny noted, “I played around with cement. Because I really like a cement-feel condo. It feels kind of unfinished but not really. Gusto ko yung medyo plain lang pero hindi masyado plain. Gets mo?”
To bring his vision to life, Donny partnered with Oppein Philippines for cabinet designs and sourced furniture from Taylor Living and Design Story. His sister, Ella Pangilinan, an interior designer, also played a vital role in inspiring him to renovate. She encouraged him to turn the space into something more personalized, a true nest where he could feel at home.
The tour begins at the entrance, where Donny showcases a dedicated shoe cabinet, emphasizing his preference for a clean, shoe-free indoor space. The kitchen underwent a complete renovation, with floor-length mirrors enhancing the sense of space.
Donny’s condo transformation reflects his evolving style and maturity, offering fans a glimpse into his personal sanctuary.
