Zanjoe’s caption reflected his gratitude, stating: “Blessed and loved beyond measure. Sabino’s ninangs [and ninongs] are here to guide and support him every step of the way.”

For those following the couple’s journey, it’s worth noting that Ria and Zanjoe got engaged in February last year. Just a month later, they tied the knot in a civil ceremony held in Quezon City, which also coincided with Ria’s 32nd birthday. The couple joyfully revealed in June that they were expecting their first child, and by September 2024, Baby Sabino was born.

While fans are eagerly awaiting a face reveal of the newborn, Ria’s mother, Sylvia Sanchez, has given a glimpse of the baby’s features. She shared in a recent interview that Baby Sabino resembles his father, Zanjoe, but with Arjo’s complexion.

Sylvia also expressed how proud she is of Ria’s hands-on approach to motherhood. She noted that Ria’s nurturing instinct is beyond what she imagined. She added that Ria is fully dedicated to taking care of Baby Sabino, choosing to focus on her child over work, a choice Sylvia fully supports.

“Naku, kung makita n’yo lang si Ria, ayaw niya magtrabaho, ayaw niya lahat muna ngayon. Tutok muna siya sa bata. Ako kasi nung ipinanganak ko sila, siyempre trabaho din ako.”

“Sabi ko, ‘Nak, lahat ng time at atensyon, ibigay niyo. Huwag ka magkulang, ibigay mo lang,’” she said.

The baptism marks a joyful chapter for Ria and Zanjoe, as they continue to navigate their new roles as parents with love and support from their family and friends.
