Jillian Ward Shares Glimpse Of Her Life As ‘Semi-Independent’

Star of the New Generation Jillian Ward shared a glimpse of her life now as “semi-independent.”

Jillian started her acting career as a child star. At a young age, she already showcased her talent by delivering dramatic lines. Eventually, she was given opportunities to star in big projects like her previous afternoon series Abot Kamay Na Pangarap.

A few months after that project ended, Jillian was introduced as the lead star of the upcoming Kapuso series My Ilonggo Girl. She is now 19 years old and she is now doing a leading lady role.

In a recent interview, Based on the article in Manila Bulletin, Jillian Ward shared that she is on her way to being an independent young lady.

“Independent na po ako ngayon. May sarili na akong space. Yun ang gift ko sa sarili ko. After work, doon talaga ako pumupunta,” the actress shared.

She also said that her stuff and belongings were already transferred to her new place but she still goes home to their family house. It is because she is not used to being alone totally.

“Ang hirap ng nagigising na walang pagkain,” the actress enthused. Jillian also shared that she still has her yaya but purposely she would lock herself in her private space and because of this, she would feel that she is already independent.

However, she would still give updates to her mother regarding what she does. “May freedom na ako ngayon pero hindi ko pa talaga kayang humiwalay sa kanila. Madalas one day lang ako sa unit ko tapos uuwi na ako sa amin,” the actress.

Jillian Ward also shared that she has a lot of belongings and that these occupy a big portion of their family house. “Hindi ko matiis si mama. So, I’m semi-independent,” she said about herself.

Meanwhile, Jillian Ward shared that she thought that she would have a break after Abot Kamay Na Pangarap even just for three months but she immediately started working on her new series in which she plays the dual role.
