Carlo Aquino shared what he felt before his and Charlie Dizon’s wedding
Kapamilya actor Carlo Aquino admitted that he asked his wife actress Charlie Dizon if she would go to their wedding.
Carlo and Charlie tied the knot on June 9. The couple opted not to announce this to the public and the proposal that happened was just revealed after the wedding. However, rumors and speculations surfaced about their wedding circulated on social media.
Eventually, it was confirmed that the wedding happened. However, Carlo denied the rumor that his wife was already pregnant. In a previous interview, he was asked about his married life. He said that he is more focused now on working because he wanted to provide a good life for his wife.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Carlo Aquino admitted that he was a bit apprehensive that his wife would be present on their wedding day.
Before the wedding, Charlie Dizon attended the Urian Awards in which she received the Best Actress award for her role in the movie Third World Romance. “Tapos the next day ikinasal kami. Mine-message ko nga siya that night, e, kasi nando’n siya sa awards night,” the actor shared.
Carlo shared that he asked his wife, “Tutuloy ka ba dito sa kasal?” because he was afraid that she wouldn’t be there. He feared that Charlie might not come to the wedding venue and the wedding would not happen.
Meanwhile, Charlie shared in a recent Instagram post that she and Carlo celebrated Christmas with the latter’s daughter Mithi. Carlo had Mithi with his former partner Trina Candaza.
In a previous interview, Carlo Aquino shared that his daughter is close to Charlie Dizon. Sometimes, Mithi would ask him where her Tita April (Charlie’s real name) was.
