Rhian Ramos is in full support of her boyfriend Sam Verzosa
Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos has this reaction to the possibility of being the First Lady of Manila since her boyfriend Sam Verzosa will run for Manila Mayor.
Sam is currently the Tutok To Win Representative. Previously, Rhian shared that when Sam first told her about his plan to run for mayor, she said “huwag!” However, the actress has expressed support for her boyfriend.
However, Sam in a previous statement stressed that he would never use Rhian for his political aspirations.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Inquirer, Rhian Ramos was asked to react to the possibility that she will become the first lady of Manila if Sam Verzosa wins.
“If that’s what God wants for my life, then hindi ko na rin mahi-hindian ‘yun (If that’s what God wants for my life, then I shouldn’t say no to it),” she said.
Just recently, Sam accepted the Humanitarian Excellence Award and Outstanding Achievement Award for Public Service Program for his GMA show “Dear SV” and Outstanding Achievement Award for Public Service Program Host.
Rhian was with Sam during this awarding ceremony and she was seen proudly taking photos of her boyfriend. The actress said that she tried to be present for Sam as this has been the setup in their relationship.
“I’ll make sure that he eats and sleeps. When Sam has his events, especially with charity events, I can always help and be present,” she shared.
Rhian said that she feels fortunate that they have that kind of culture of supporting each other in their relationship. They really try to be with each other, if not physically, they would be there for each other emotionally and for their mental state.
Sam Verzosa said that he and Rhian Ramos are partners in life. They would consult each other in whatever plans they have. He is doing his best in politics because he knew that at first, his girlfriend was against it.
“I want to prove not only to the world and people but also to her that my intentions are pure and we have our purpose in the world,” the aspiring Manila Mayor said.
