ALDEN RICHARDS – Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards revealed the essential secrets to business success that every young entrepreneur needs to hear.
Alden Richards recently shared insights on the challenges of entrepreneurship, calling hardships the “best part” of being a businessman. As the newly announced brand ambassador for The Hungry Pita, Alden emphasized the importance of commitment for aspiring entrepreneurs.
“The hardships, I think is the best part of getting into business. I think kasi you have no excuses once you engaged to business, you need to be committed to it regardless of what you are doing especially at ito nga at artista tayo. Nag-start tayo sa pag-aartista then eventually nag-turn out into businesses,” Alden said. He explained that transitioning from acting to business ownership requires dedication and resilience, acknowledging that challenges ultimately build courage.
Alden Richards also encouraged entrepreneurs to take risks and avoid staying in their comfort zones. “Favorite ko talaga na line ay ‘yung ‘in life there’s no failure, only learnings,’ so it’s either you be successful or learn from what happened,” he shared.
He believes that if one only sticks to familiar territory where they feel safe and unpressured, growth will be limited. “All the more you feel the pressure, all the more you feel tired, all the more that you feel like giving up, those are the things that you should consider to still move forward,” he added.

According to the report, Alden’s partnership with The Hungry Pita is set to launch new initiatives aimed at boosting the brand’s presence among media representatives, stakeholders, and prospective franchisees. His alignment with the brand brings fresh energy to the business, which began as a small shawarma kiosk in Malolos, Bulacan, in 2012. Today, The Hungry Pita has over 100 franchise locations across the Philippines and offers a wide variety of pita-based options, including the classic shawarma, burritos, quesadillas, and pita chips.
Through this collaboration, Alden hopes to inspire others to pursue business ventures, using the challenges they encounter as stepping stones to success. His advice to young entrepreneurs emphasizes resilience, continuous learning, and the courage to move beyond comfort zones—qualities that have guided him on his entrepreneurial journey.
