Maiqui Pineda belies this post about her and her husband Robi Domingo
TV host Robi Domingo’s wife Maiqui Pineda reacted to a fake post claiming that she only has months to live.
Robi and Maiqui got engaged in 2022 and they tied the knot early this year. It was a grand wedding ceremony witnessed by their friends and loved ones. Before having this wondrous moment in their lives, the couple went through a tough time.
Maiqui was hospitalized because she was diagnosed with dermatomyositis, a rare autoimmune disease. Having this condition Maiqui experienced muscle weakness, inflammation, and skin rash.
Despite her condition, Maiqui Pineda continues to be positive and she fully has the support of Robi Domingo. Supporters of the couple are also rooting for their relationship.
However, a Facebook page post claimed a negative thing about Maiqui. A certain Pinoy Spotlight FB Page claimed that Robi released a statement as Maiqui’s life was allegedly at risk. “ROBI Domingo NAGSALITA NA! INAMING MAY TANlNG NA ang BUHAY Ng kanyang ASAWA!” the post claimed.
Through her recent Instagram Story, based on the article in Inquirer, Maiqui belied this claim from the said FB page. She stressed that she is not using Facebook so, she had no idea about this. It was just that people had been sending this fake news to her. This was the reason why some people would ask her if she was okay.
She also said that she is only posting on Instagram because she was able to create relationships with a lot of people there. Maiqui Pineda also asked the public to report the Facebook page spreading this fake news.
