The Sharp Aquos R9 was officially announced on July 18, 2024. The 5G-ready smartphone is fueled with a non-removable 5000 mAh battery. The device is available in two colors: Snow White and Forest Green.
Body & Display:
The dimension of the smartphone is 156 x 75 x 8.9 mm and weighs 195 grams. It comes with a screen size of 6.5 inches a PRO IGZO LTPO OLED capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
Platform:
The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm SM7675-AB Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 (4 nm) Octa-core processor coupled with an Adreno 732 graphics processing unit (GPU). It runs on Android 14 up to 3 major Android upgrades operating systems. It is packed with 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
Main Camera:
The Sharp Aquos R9 sports a dual-camera setup at the back comprising a 50.3-megapixel (wide) + 50.3-megapixel (ultrawide) sensor. It features a Leica lens, LED flash, HDR, and Panorama.
Selfie Camera:
On the front, the mobile features a 50.3-megapixel (wide) camera for clicking beautiful selfies and making video calls.
