Sarah Lahbati shared this statement as she turned a year older
Actress Sarah Lahbati had this realization on her 31st birthday and she mentioned the things that make her feel grateful.
The actress turned 31 last October 9. Just recently, Sarah was spotted celebrating her birthday with her friends. One of her friends present at that time was Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara.
To recall, an issue surfaced between Sarah and Kyline when netizens noticed that they unfollowed each other on Instagram. However, their fans were so happy that they were together during the older actress’s birthday celebration.
In Sarah Lahbati’s broadcast channel on Instagram, she shared her thoughts on her 31st birthday. She said that it is beautiful to feel that certain contentment. Then, she shared what she realized as she turned a year older.
“As I turn 31, I’m overwhelmed by a sweetness that flows from within. I’ve come to realize that I don’t need anyone but myself, and that no one can save me but me,” she said.
Sarah also said that the independence that she has now is not a burden but a liberation. Now that she is in her self-reliance era, she recognizes her deep love of love itself, as well as, giving it and feeling the warmth when it is given to her.
The actress also shared her message of appreciation for the people who have been there beside her. “My heart fills with gratitude for the few real friends I’ve made, friends who have stood by me through my lowest lows and my most beautiful highs,” she wrote. For Sarah, these people are treasures in her life, and their presence is a gift she cherishes.
Sarah Lahbati also talked about being a mom to her sons Zion and Kai. She said that her kids are her world.
