Zanjoe Marudo shared this post about his baby
A fan page of Kapamilya actor Zanjoe Marudo warned the public against fake photos of his baby being circulated online.
Zanjoe and his wife actress Ria Atayde confirmed that they were expecting their first baby last June. The confirmation came months after the pregnancy rumors circulated. The couple tied the knot in March in an intimate wedding ceremony.
Just recently, the celebrity couple officially welcomed their firstborn. Their family was so happy about this, especially Ria’s mom veteran actress Sylvia Sanchez who already prepared a gift for her first grandchild three years ago.
Ria Atayde shared a photo of Zanjoe Marudo carrying their baby. She said that being a father is her favorite role of her husband. This brought “kilig” to netizens.
However, Zanjoe’s fan page called out the attention of the public to warn them against the fake photos of his baby. In a Facebook post just recently, the actor’s fan page is aware that some sites have been posting photos of his supposed baby, and some even posted old hospital photos of Ria.
The page also told the public to just wait because Zanjoe and Ria will do the face reveal of their baby.
“May kumakalat na vlog/blog ng umano’y panganganak ni Ria. HINDI SI BABY BOY MARUDO ang baby sa picture. Ang hospital picture ni Ria ay LUMA na. Huwag basta basta maniniwala kung hindi legit source. Mag-face reveal ni Baby sina Z at Ria soon. Hintay lang kayo,” the post stressed.
Meanwhile, the same fan page shared a photo showing a political poster. This was discussed by talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz on his Showbiz Update vlog. Apparently, Zanjoe is planning to run for party-list representative under ASAP NA or  (Alyansa Laban sa Substance Abuse Para Sa Bagong Pilipinas Natin). However, the actor has not spoken yet about this speculation.
