Lotlot de Leon was asked about Jericho Rosales
Seasoned actress Lotlot de Leon shared her thoughts on A-list actor Jericho Rosales as the current suitor of her daughter actress Janine Gutierrez.
Rumors linking Janine and Jericho started circulating when they were seen together in a mall. Other sightings followed this. During the media conference for the new Kapamilya series Lavender Fields, Jericho was asked about the real score between him and Janine.
The actor admitted that he is courting the actress and that they are in the getting-to-know-each-other stage. Janine and Jericho are working together on the Kapamilya mentioned above drama series.
In a recent episode of Marites University, the YouTube talk show of entertainment writers Jun Nardo, Ambet Nabus, and Rose Garcia, Lotlot de Leon was asked if she is “boto” to Jericho Rosales as the suitor of Janine Gutierrez.
The seasoned actress had a safe answer to this. She said that the important thing to her is that the guy is proud of her daughter. It gives a good feeling to her that the guy is really expressing what he feels.
“Ang importante sa akin, unang-una, pinagmamalaki ang mga anak ko, ‘girlfriend ko, or dinedate ko,’ or parang ‘I really want to be with her.’ Masarap marinig yun from someone who is admiring your child,” she said.
Then, Jun Nardo asked if there was someone who was not proud of Janine as a girlfriend. “Meron bang hindi nagmalaki kay Janine?” the entertainment writer asked. Lotlot answered this with a question and then laughed, “Hindi ko alam, meron ba?” The seasoned actress jokingly said that Jun should whisper to her who that person was.
