Danny Tan has been silent about the revelations made by Gerald Santos

Singer-actor Gerald Santos continues his fight against musical director Danny Tan for the alleged harassment that happened 19 years ago.

Gerald revealed that he was r@ped when he was just 15 years old. He also shared that other advances were made to him after that. Allegedly, because of this, he received cold treatment from GMA management which was prompted by the musical director.

The singer-actor said that with Danny’s influence, he was not given projects until he asked GMA to release him. However, GMA denied that the actor was banned and explained that it was the actor who asked for his release.

Gerald Santos clarified his choice to ask the management to release him. It was because there was no work that was offered to him and he needed to earn also.

After naming Danny Tan as his alleged abuser during a Senate hearing on August 27, Gerald shared that other alleged victims approached him. He said that one of these victims was younger than him when the alleged harassment happened.

In a recent video he shared on his YouTube channel, Gerald was with former Sugarpop member Renzo Almario who revealed that he was allegedly abused by the musical director.

It was said that the alleged abuse happened back in 2008 and that Renzo was just 12 years old. Gerald was 15 when the alleged harassment happened to him.

Amid this issue, based on the article in PEP, Danny Tan deactivated his Facebook Page. He could no longer see the negative reactions to him from netizens because even his Instagram page no longer has a single post. His YouTube channel with 50,000 subscribers is also inactive.

As of this writing, the musical director has not released a statement yet about the allegations against him.
