Nones and Cruz denied that they abused Sandro Muhlach
Kapuso actor Sandro Muhlach had his first encounter with his alleged abusers Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz in court and this happened.
Sandro already recalled the details of the traumatic experience he had during the Senate hearing. He accused the two GMA independent contractors of r@ping him after the GMA Gala 2024 inside their hotel room.
The actor is determined to fight for his right and his family rallied behind him. Based on the report from GMA’s 24 Oras, when Nones and Cruz arrived at the Department of Justice (DOJ), Sandro was already inside.
It can be seen in the video that when the two independent contractors of the Kapuso network entered the room, Sandro Muhlach suddenly stood up and seemingly not at ease. His legal counsel was apparently talking to him.
This is the first time he saw Nones and Cruz once again after the alleged harassment happened. Sandro was joined by his father seasoned actor Nino Muhlach who said that the 23-year-old actor is still very traumatized of what happened.
Nino shared that Sandro cried inside the DOJ building and so the other party was told to go out. The seasoned actor also said that they hope for the best as the case would progress.
Nones and Cruz faced the prosecutor and filed their counter affidavit. To avoid the tension, the two GMA independent contractors were transferred to another room where took an oath for their counter affidavit.
They are denying the complaints against them. “Pinabubulaanan po namin yung alegasyon na r@pe through s=xual assualt na ibinibintang sa kliyente po namin, kay Richard Cruz at Jojo Nones,” Atty, Maggie Abraham-Garduque said.
