Inka Magnaye reacted to the Balay Dako Issue
Balay Dako Issue – Social media personality and voice talent Inka Magnaye said that she will bring her snake amid the issue involving the pet-friendly restaurant in Tagaytay.
A lady customer cried foul over the treatment that she and her Aspin named Yoda received from the said restaurant. Balay Dako staff did not allow her dog to enter because it was bigger than the required size but the lady customer said that there were much bigger dogs inside.
She was later questioned about the breed of her dog. After the criticism that the restaurant received, a letter of apology was released with the promise to evaluate their policy regarding pets.
Amid this issue, Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista, who owns an Aspin named Panda, shared her reaction to the Balay Dako Issue. She told her dog which she calls “anak” to invite Yoda for tea.
Another celebrity who reacted to this was Inka Magnaye, who is known for being a pet lover, based on the article in Balita. She said that the restaurant could hinder Aspins from entering but it should change its name to Big House. Aspin is a shorter term for “Asong Pinoy.”
“Balay Dako can turn away Aspins if they want but they need to change their name to Big House kung ganun,” she wrote in her Facebook post.
Then, she mentioned Balay Dako’s statement that it would review the policy but for the term “pet friendly,” Inka pointed out that it should be “all pets.” So, She is bringing her snake.
Her post received amusing comments from netizens. Some said that they are bringing their pets also like bayawak and scorpion. There were netizens with pet Aspins who criticized the restaurant. Here are some comments.
