Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo has her entry for the Maybe This Time dance challenge and netizens are loving it.

Sarah is one of the most successful singers of her generation. Aside from her hit songs, she also showed that she can entertain through her acting skills.

Over the years, she has done a lot of TV shows and movie projects. She also popularized many dance hits like her song Tala which regained popularity years after it was released.

Just recently, people on different social media platforms, especially on TikTok, have been dancing to Maybe This Time. This viral dance challenge was started by Ralp Xyrel Villaruz who recently guested on the Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime.

This song was first released by Michael Martin Murphey. Sarah Geronimo released her version of this song in 2016 as the soundtrack of her movie with Coco Martin with the same title.

In a recent show in General Santos, Sarah performed this song and her fans loved it. Her performance was extra special because the singer-actress performed the viral song. She already finished the whole song but she asked the music to be played again, specifically the bridge part.

Sarah also asked the audience to stand and dance with her. “Parang hindi ko kayong nakitang sumayaw eh. Pwede bang isa pa sa bridge part?” she said. Her husband actor-host Matteo Guidicelli also joined the dance challenge. Aside from the dance craze, other celebrities and netizens are also covering this song.

Because of this, some netizens recalled her song Tala which became a viral dance challenge also in 2021 when members of the LGBTQ community danced to this. The official music video on YouTube reached 140 million views as it celebrated its fourth anniversary.
