BDO – Philippine banking company BDO will perform system maintenance and reminds users that the old mobile app will be deactivated on August 19.

Banco de Oro or BDO is one of the largest and most prominent banks in the Philippines. It offers a wide range of financial services, including retail and corporate banking, investment banking, insurance, leasing, foreign exchange, credit card services, and asset management.

On Friday, BDO announced that it will conduct scheduled system maintenance affecting all banking services from late Sunday night to early Monday morning. The maintenance is set to occur from 11:30 p.m. on August 18 (Sunday) until 7 a.m. on August 19 (Monday).

“Please plan your transactions ahead of time,” the bank said.

Additionally, BDO will deactivate its old Digital Banking app on August 19. Customers are encouraged to download the new BDO Online app to continue accessing their accounts online.

Those with the old Digital Banking app or an online banking account can log in to the new app using their existing username and password. BDO also advised downloading the new app exclusively from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and warned against sharing any login credentials, OTPs, or card details. The bank does not send links via email, SMS, or Viber.
