Mark Bautista’s Life Was Awakened By The Gunshot Incident He Experienced
MARK BAUSTISTA – Singer-actor Mark Bautista revealed the shooting incident he experienced became a wake-up call in his life.
Kapuso singer Mark Bautista remains deeply grateful for what he considers his second chance at life following a shooting incident in Seattle, Washington, back in 2017. In his interview with Luis Manzano on YouTube, the OPM singer recounted the terrifying experience he had with his friends while involved in a musical theater play in the USA.
“Nasa likod kami, ‘yung nag-Uber kami, and then may kotse lang sa harap namin na biglang nag-stop. (And) then may lumabas na lalaki sa sun roof nila. May hawak na dalawang baril talaga,” Mark recounted.
He added, “So talagang gumanun, [lumingon] siya sa likod… paulan talaga siya ng baril.”
Mark also shared that he and his companions were terrified to see the car doors pierced and the windows shattered. He thought it was the end for them and that he would never make it back to the Philippines.
“I really thought that was it, that I wouldn’t be able to return to the Philippines. That’s how I felt,” Mark explained.
