CHAVIT SINGSON – Former Ilocos Sur Gov. Luis “Chavit” Singson revealed what he wants the most on his 83rd birthday.
Luis “Chavit” Singson is a well-known Filipino politician, businessman, and media figure, recognized for his significant impact on the political scene in the Philippines, especially in Ilocos Sur.
Singson has been elected multiple times as the governor of Ilocos Sur, a role he first assumed in 1972. His governance in the province is noted for various development initiatives and political reforms. Additionally, he has served as a congressman for the 1st District of Ilocos Sur.
