Cindy Miranda was asked about Xian Lim and Iris Lee
Actress Cindy Miranda had the chance to work with Kapuso actor Xian Lim and his girlfriend film producer Iris Lee.
Cindy is one of the stars of the upcoming horror film Kuman Thong. Xian is the director while Iris produced this movie. To recall, the actor shared a photo with Iris taken on the movie set after he confirmed that they are dating.
The movie was shot in Thailand and is set to be released in cinemas on July 3. This also features Althea Ruedas, Max Nattapol, Jariya Therakaosal, and Emman Esquivel.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Abante, Cindy Miranda was asked about her experience working with Xian Lim as a director.
“Xian is very nice, sabi ko nga. Alam mo gusto niya nga talaga maging direktor, magaling na direktor, very passionate siya,” she said. With this, she wondered why there was an issue that Xian is hard to work with.
To recall, a Kapuso writer shared a post on social media claiming that they had a difficult time working with Xian. In a previous interview, the actor reacted to this allegation against him. He stressed that he does know the writer personally and that they haven’t had an encounter.
“Hindi ko nakita. Wala akong nakitang bad side ni Direk Xi, lahat good. Inalagaan niya kami sa set,” Cindy said about Xian. The actress also said that even the script would be revised at times, the actor-director was cool with it.
Cindy was also asked if there were times when Xian and Iris would have a clash when it came to the creative aspect. The actress said, “I wanna be honest, may time na nag-a-argue sila, pero you know, maganda naman ‘yun, ‘di ba? May dalawang ideas tayo kasi minsan, ‘di ba? May kailangan talagang mag-contradict doon sa isa. ‘Di ba, tama, para sa ikakaganda ng movie!”Cindy said that this seldom happens.
