Piolo Pascual was asked about Shaina Magdayao
A-list actor Piolo Pascual flexed his “good friend” actress Shaina Magdayao in a recent interview about their new project together.
Piolo and Shaina have been linked to each other for quite some time now. Their sweet photos together outside work have trended on social media many times. Because of this, it is inevitable for netizens to speculate about the real score between them.
In an interview in 2022, Piolo was asked about the real relationship between him and Shaina. The actor said that they had been saying the same thing over and over again.
Then, Piolo Pascual made an intriguing statement about him and Shaina Magdayao. “What you see is what you get. As simple as that,” he said.
With that, the rumors were not completely gone. It was even rumored that Piolo impregnated Shaina. The actor had a light answer to this. He said that it was a good thing the people knew about this but they don’t have any idea about this.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Abante, Piolo was asked about his new project with Shaina. They first worked together in the series Marinella in 1999. Nine years after that, they were together in the series Lobo which featured Piolo’s tandem with Angel Locsin.
This 2024, Piolo and Shaina are part of the series Pamilya Sagrado. When asked about working with the actress again in a new series, the actor said that it was “Nice, really nice ha.”
Then he stressed the connection that he has with Shaina for a long time now. “No, we’re good friends. Shaina and I are friends for so long since we were kids. Kasi child star pa lang nakikita ko na,’di ba?” he said.
Piolo also praised his good friend’s acting prowess. “We have a good relationship, I could say and once we are in front of the camera, professional. Shaina Magdayao, take one ‘yan,” he said.
The actor added that Shaina is indeed a good actress and it was nice working with her in a scene. He also said that the actress is easy to be with.
