Diwata Is Happy Being Single: “tikim-tikim lang muna”
DIWATA – The owner of the viral food stall Diwata pares overload and social media personality “Diwata” said he’s currently single and happy.
The Pares Diva and popular social media personality Diwata solemnly swears that he doesn’t have a significant other at the moment. It’s said that he indeed had past boyfriends attempting to reconcile with him ever since his pares business became famous and he entered the showbiz scene.
But according to Diwata, he’s not thinking about entering a serious relationship for now because she prefers to seize all the opportunities that come her way in life.
Fairly enough, Diwata is truly a star wherever he goes; he’s mobbed by fans and almost everyone she encounters wants to take a picture with him. He became even more recognized by people due to her appearance in Coco Martin’s teleserye on ABS-CBN, “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.”
At a recent event Bandera attended, the first-ever Shift x Chillax VapeFest at the Metrowalk Tent Convention Center in Pasig City, there was a constant line of people wanting to take selfies with him. The businessman entertained everyone who wanted to take a picture with him, contrary to reports that he snubs and ignores those who wish to have their photos taken with him.

Diwata shared that her Pares Overload restaurant now has a second branch located in Quezon City. Of course, he said it’s the fruit of her hard work in business and her other ventures, including her earnings as a content creator.
When asked about her love life, she said, “Actually, ang love life ko ngayon, ang lalaki ko ngayon, parang ano lang, tikim-tikim lang muna.”
“Ayoko munang seryosohin ang relationship. Alam n’yo kung bakit? Kasi iniisip ko, baka mamaya, kapag nagdyowa ako ng 2 or 3, bukas, wala akong puhunan, maubos!
“So, feeling ko, habang nagtitinda ako, nagbi-business ako muna, mag-iipon muna ako. Kasi feeling ko, kapag marami ka nang pera, mas marami ka pang lalaki, ‘di ba?” Diwata added with a laugh.
Meanwhile, Diwata also asked about her experience working with Coco Martin on “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.” She said, “Noong una talaga, halos hindi ko mabitawan ‘yung script ko kasi nate-tense ako dahil kami ang magkaeksena.”
But she said she admires Coco’s kindness and professionalism because he always guides and teaches her in their scenes.
“Sabi niya, ‘relax ka lang, huwag kang masyadong mailang, ganito ang gawin mo,’ tinuturuan niya talaga ako, gina-guide niya ako kaya ngayon, natututo na rin ako,” he added.
