Catriona Gray and Sam Milby’s relationship is one of the recent most-talked-about showbiz topics
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and actor Sam Milby reportedly have reconciled and their friends celebrity couple John Prats and Isabel Oli played a vital role.
Catriona and Sam announced their engagement in July last year. However, back in January, rumors surfaced that they broke up. It is because Catriona was seen not wearing her engagement ring.
Amid the issue, Catriona was linked to Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards because they were together on an endorsement project. The Kapuso actor directly debunked the rumors linking him to the beauty queen.
Cornerstone Entertainment, the management company handling Catriona Gray and Sam Milby, released a statement on the issue. It said that the couple was indeed going through a problem in their relationship but they were fixing it.
Earlier this month, Catriona and Sam were spotted together with John and Isabel which garnered comments that they were already okay.
In a recent episode of Marites University, based on the article in Balita, showbiz insider Rose Garcia shared that it appeared that Isabel and John helped a lot in the reconciliation between Catriona and Sam.
“Tingin ko lang, ako personally, mukhang malaking bagay kung bakit din itong si Sam at si Cat ay nagkakaayos. ‘Yon talaga. Sure ako do’n kasi reliable ang source ko,” Garcia shared.
The showbiz insider also shared that Catriona, Sam, John, and Isabel were spotted at a restaurant. “Just few days ago, spotted si Catriona Gray saka si Sam Milby dito sa isa sa mga poise restaurant or steak house sa Araneta City. Tapos kasama rin nila ang mag-asawang John Prats at Isabel Oli,” Garcia said.
She added that sightings of Catriona and Sam only prove that they are okay now. Garcia also shared what her source revealed.
“And from a source, kung anoman daw ang hindi nila napagkasunduan, o kung anoman ang naging problema nila—kasi alam natin engaged na ‘yan, e, ‘di ba—naaayos na raw. So ‘yon ang itsinika namin,” she shared.
As of this writing, Catriona and Sam haven’t spoken yet about what happened to their relationship.
