Paolo Contis has this work ethic
Kapuso actor Paolo Contis received praise from his Bubble Gang co-stars during the GMA Entertainment Group “Best Time Ever” campaign.
Paolo has been in the industry for many years. He started his acting career at a young age. He was one of the child actors in the defunct Kapamilya kiddie gag show Ang TV. From that, he was given opportunities to be part of teleseryes and movies.
Years after being in a kiddie gag show, he became part of the longest-running gag show Bubble Gang on the Kapuso network.
In the aforementioned event, Paolo Contis and his gag show co-stars were among the featured Kapuso stars. He received good words from his “Ka-bubble.”
Chariz Solomon shared that Paolo is very hands-on when it comes to improving their sketches. “Napaka-hands on ‘yan, nanonood pa ‘yan ng sketch. Just last taping meron siyang mga inputs doon sa sketch,” she said.
Betong Sumaya also said that Paolo really shares his input to improve the sketches. Chariz added that Paolo is committed to his work.
Paolo said that everyone in Bubble Gang knows the importance of adapting to changes to suit the tastes of their audience now.
He also shared that he would watch old episodes of the show and he would identify some jokes as unfit to be used for the present time. The actor said that if these jokes were used now, there will be complaints. “Pero at the end of the day nagca-cater tayo sa mga manonood at ito ang gusto nila ngayon. So, we follow,” he said.
The Kapuso actor said that they would cater to their audience and they are now more family-oriented.
Meanwhile, Paolo Contis had a request for Bubble Gang. He asked the public to help them reach its 50th anniversary because they weren’t able to make it for TAPE Inc’s noontime show Tahanang Pinakamasaya.
