Shaira Diaz Took On A Challenge To See Lee Min Ho

Unang Hirit host Shaira Diaz is also a fan of K-Drama or Korean drama. She mentioned that one of the stars she would love to meet is Lee Min Ho, and to achieve this, she had to overcome a challenge with the help of Edgar Allan Guzman and her family.
Just recently, Shaira met K-Drama actor Song Joong Ki, and she mentioned that she has also met various other actors from attending events and fan meets. “Marami na rin akong nakitang mga K-Drama actors, pumupunta ako sa mga fan meeeting nila. Nag aattend talaga ako,” she said.
Shaira Diaz added that attending other events has been a significant help because they sometimes offer tickets to fan meets of Korean actors endorsing their brands.
“May mga tickets po sila na binibigay sa amin kung gusto manuod, ganiyan, parang ang cute kasi ang dami nga nilang dinadala dito, na mga K-Drama stars. ‘Tapos yun po, nagkakaroon na po ng opportunity na ma-meet sila makita sila in person,” she said.
However, according to Shaira, it was not easy for her to meet Lee Min Ho. She mentioned that she had to go to a restaurant and eat 60 chickens in just one day to get a ticket.
“Tinawag ko yung mga kapatid ko, si Edgar, tapos para lang magkaroon ng ticket para kumain kami ng 60 na manok. Hahaha. Tapso ayun talagang pumila po talaga kami,” she said.
Shaira Diaz mentioned that being a fan of chicken helped a lot, along with her siblings and EA, so they eventually got the ticket.
When asked about her most desired Korean star to meet, Shaira answered, “Si Jungkook talaga yung BTS. Sobrang fan po.”
Shaira further admitted that she has a lot of BTS merchandise, including a standee of her favorite member of the K-pop band.
