Pakistani Swiftie Bilal Ilyas Jhandir Breaks Record For Most Taylor Swift Songs Identified In A Minute

Pakistani Swiftie Sets New Record: Identifies Most Taylor Swift Songs in Just One Minute

PAKISTANI SWIFTIE – A devoted fan from Pakistan sets a new record for correctly identifying the highest number of Taylor Swift songs within a minute.

A Guinness World Record was achieved by a Pakistani fan who successfully listed the highest number of Taylor Swift songs within a minute. Bilal Ilyas Jhandir, a 20-year-old from Pakistan, identified a total of 34 Taylor Swift songs, surpassing the previous record held by the UK’s Dan Simpson in 2019, who also named 34 songs of the pop star within the same time frame.

“Swift’s top 50 best-selling songs were compiled into a list in random order, from which Bilal was tasked with identifying each song from its beginning lyrics, read aloud by a human without any accompanying music,” Guinness said in a press release.

Bilal Ilyas Jhandir revealed that he began enjoying Taylor Swift’s music at the age of 13. The devoted fan mentioned that he dedicated 13 weeks to preparation before attempting to set the record.

“I have been listening to Taylor Swift since my childhood. I am a die-hard fan of her. I have listened to each and every song of hers. I can identify almost any song of hers from the lyrics,” he told Guinness.

Bilal said that Folklore is his preferred album among Taylor Swift’s discography.

“The thing I like the most about her is her way of writing out-of-this-world songs that always hit the bottom of my heart,” he remarked.

The Pakistani fan added: “The authenticity in her songwriting, the emotional depth in her lyrics, and her ability to connect with listeners on a personal level are all the things that I admire most about Taylor Swift.”

TIME Magazine honored Taylor as Person of the Year in the previous year.

In her TIME Magazine interview, Taylor characterized this stage of her career as a pivotal breakthrough.

“It feels like the breakthrough moment of my career, happening at 33. And for the first time in my life, I was mentally tough enough to take what comes with that,” she remarked.
