Bea Alonzo is excited about her first project with Carla Abellana
Kapuso actresses Bea Alonzo and Carla Abellana are set to star in a murder mystery series, and a story conference was held just recently.
Bea is at home now in the Kapuso network. Her first project as an official Kapuso star was the Filipino adaptation of the South Korean series Start-Up with Pambansang Bae Alden Richards.
Then, her second Kapuso series was Love Before Sunrise with Dennis Trillo. In a recent Instagram post, Bea announced her new project.
Bea Alonzo and Carla Abellana will do the spinoff of the murder mystery series Royal Blood featuring a star-studded cast led by Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes.
A story conference was recently held for Bea and Carla’s upcoming series. “We had a story con for our new series, “Widow’s War,” yesterday. I’m excited to explore a different genre on TV. It will be a spinoff of the well-loved series, “Royal Blood” and “Widow’s Web”,” she wrote in the caption of her post.
Bea also said that she is happy to finally have the chance to work with Carla. In the comment section of Bea’s post, Carla commented, “A surreal and wonderful blessing for me to be working with you, Bea. I still can’t believe this is happening.”
Benjamin Alves who is also part of the cast expressed that it is an honor for him to work with Bea Alonzo.
Meanwhile, Bea started preparing for her wedding with her fiance Dominic Roque. The proposal happened in July last year during what was supposed to be a photoshoot. That proposal surprised the actress so much.
In a recent interview, Dominic shared that they are doing the preparations already for the destination wedding but there is no final date yet. He also said that he’s excited to have his own baby with Bea.
