Ian Veneracion P500K TF: Ogie Diaz Shares Opinion On Viral Post

Ogie Diaz Shares Opinion Regarding Viral Post About Ian Veneracion’s Talent Fee

IAN VENERACION – Showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz shared his thoughts regarding the trending post about Ian Veneracion’s talent fee.

Actor Ian Veneracion faced criticism over purportedly requesting a talent fee of P500,000 for a two-hour participation in a Tarlac parade. Director-scriptwriter Ronaldo Carballo recently recounted a story shared by a talent coordinator on Facebook.

According to the coordinator, the Tarlac Festival organizers sought Ian’s involvement in the parade scheduled for the last Sunday of January. When the road manager was approached, they allegedly demanded a P500K fee for Ian’s two-hour public appearance.

Additional stipulations included Ian Veneracion not sharing the same float with other celebrities if they were invited; he should have his own float. The road manager purportedly insisted on a 50 percent payment upon contract signing, with the remaining half due before Ian boarded the float.

Carballo noted that these conditions posed no issue for the client due to the talent coordinator’s extensive experience with Tarlac events. When the coordinator relayed the demands to the Tarlac Festival organizers, they agreed to the P500K talent fee but balked at an extra P100,000 if the event exceeded two hours.

The talent coordinator informed the road manager that the client refused to proceed with the deal due to the additional P100K per hour. In response, the road manager claimed that Ian had agreed to participate without the extra payment. Carballo said to the talent coordinator that it might have been the road manager who insisted on that hefty amount.

Ogie Diaz shared his thoughts on the trending post about Ian Veneracion’s alleged talent fee. He said, if the price is not affordable, don’t buy it and there is no need to post it. He added that he might even help them bash Ian if he had a contract and didn’t show up.

“Saka kayo mag-post kung me kontrata na, pero hindi sinipot nu’ng tao. Juice ko, pag nangyari ‘yon, baka tulungan ko pa kayong i-bash si Ian!”

Furthermore, he added that Ian might say he has no involvement in such matters and that only his management is aware of it.
