Anjo Yllana and Jomari Yllana reconciled

Comedian Anjo Yllana revealed that he and his younger brother actor Jomari Yllana are okay now after their 2-year rift.

To recall the conflict between Anjo and Jomari started during the campaign for local elections almost two years ago. Based on a previous report, the comedian accused his younger brother and his now-wife Abby Viduya of stealing his campaign funds.

Following that issue, the source of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz said that Anjo withdrew his candidacy at that time because his opponent offered him P5 million.

In a recent article in Bandera, Anjo Yllana shared that he and Jomari Yllana reconciled. This was during their family reunion that happened at their New Year’s celebration.

The comedian said that he was the one who first approached his younger brother. “Okay na kami. Nagkausap kami nu’ng New Year. Mangiyak-ngiyak nga yung Mommy ko. Sabi niya natutuwa siya na yung panganay at bunso niya nag-uusap na,” he shared.

He added that it was good that it happened so that there is no “samaan ng loob.” For him, the past is past and he is moving forward. It was important for him because their mother was there but he sincerely reached out to Jomari and he hoped his younger brother was also sincere.

Anjo also said that Jomari greeted him and Abby, as well. They also had a conversation but nothing deep because he did not want to recall the past. He also admitted that they did not say “sorry” to each other and it’s no big deal for him because they are brothers.

He also said that deep inside him, he does not want to recall that past conflict. Anjo Yllana even shared that three months after the rift happened, he had already forgotten it. He also congratulated Jomari and Abby for their wedding.
