A Vietnamese girl who allegedly had an affair with Daniel Padilla has this clarification
Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla was linked to a Vietnamese girl amid the controversies that came after his breakup with blockbuster movie actress Kathryn Bernardo.
Daniel has been attacked for his alleged cheating on Kathryn. Following the split rumors until the breakup confirmation, the actor was linked to newbie actress Gillian Vicencio and young actress Andrea Brillantes.
Just recently, new allegations against the actor surfaced. This came after the cryptic “We know what you did last summer” post that Kathryn’s sister shared. In the post, a series of years was included and allegedly these were the years when Daniel cheated on Kath.
Netizens tried to connect the post to women allegedly whom Daniel Padilla had an affair with while he was in a relationship with Kathryn Bernardo. In 2023, it was alleged that he had an affair with a Vietnamese girl.
Based on the article in PEP, the said Vietnamese girl broke her silence on being linked to the Kapamilya actor.
Through an Instagram post, Minh Phuong (Emma) denied her romantic involvement with Daniel. She explained that Daniel and his friends went to Vietnam last year. Emma’s brother owned the bar where the actor and his companions visited.
She was informed by her brother that Daniel was there and that she could say hi to him. Emma knew about Daniel’s celebrity status in the Philippines. “I saw Daniel and his friends in the bar, exchanged a few words, and then I went back home with my sister. That is the end of my interaction with him,” she narrated.
The Vietnamese girl also clarified that she does not know who the person behind the Instagram account Johnnymoonlightz is which is allegedly the dump account of Daniel that has been liking her post.
Emma also said that since last year, fans of the actor have been sending harsh messages to her and her family. She asked the fans to stop the bashing, especially since there is no proof that she had something to do with the KathNiel breakup.
“I am a common Vietnamese citizen. I work, hang out with my friends, meet people, and live my life normally. I hope you maintain dignity and respect when coming to my social media, and please do not act without thinking,” Emma said.
