Michelle Dee is not “maarte” when it comes to the projects she accepts
Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee said that she does not think that she’s a superstar as she is not choosy when it comes to projects that are being offered to her.
Michelle came from a showbiz clan. Her mother is actress and Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez. She is the niece of veteran comedian Joey Marquez who is the father of Kapuso star and Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 Winwyn Marquez.
Aside from being the reigning beauty queen this year, Michelle is also active in her acting career. One of the upcoming projects that she will do will be the Kapuso primetime series Black Rider for its second season.
Michelle Dee, as of writing, could not spill yet the details of her character in the said Kapuso series. Aside from this, based on the article in Bandera, Michelle Dee will have a lot of projects this coming 2024.
She will have a teleserye and a movie with an international flavor. It appeared that the actress was not choosy when it came to the projects that were offered to her. Michelle said that she does not think highly of herself.
“I don’t think of myself as superstar or anything, I’m very grateful for the love,” she said. Michelle, on the other hand, said that as an artist, it is really good that the projects that will be offered to you are something related to one’s capabilities.
“But in this case, GMA knows me from the inside out. Kaya sinadyest yung Black Rider because they know that nagmo-motor ako,” she shared.
The actress admitted that she is an adrenaline junkie. She is happy that she has this kind of support system and that the projects that are given to her fit her well. For her, this is a big blessing.
