Arci Muñoz warned the public to be aware of this kind of modus on plane
Actress Arci Muñoz shared the “horror story” that she experienced during a flight when a man robbed her.
Arci is a jetsetter and she would often share her trips to different countries on her social media pages. She is fond of showcasing the beautiful places she visited here in the Philippines and abroad.
However, in a recent social media post, what she shared was not something that would highlight her beautiful trip because it was a “horror story.”
In her TikTok video, Arci Muñoz shared that she was going back home from Japan and she had a connecting flight. The Korean Air plane had to go first to Incheon.
She was resting in her cubicle in the business class and Arci woke up when the plane was about to land. When she opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was the man standing in her cubicle.
The said man took the magazine in her cubicle, knowing that every cubicle had magazines. However, Arci thought that maybe the magazine that the man took was not available in his cubicle.
Then, a woman near Arci’s cubicle asked her if she knew that man. The actress said, “no” and the woman confronted the man and asked him why he was touching Arci’s bag. However, the man denied that.
After that, Arci was looking for her bag and she saw it on the floor near the aisle but her seat was near the window. They called the flight attendant and the woman was insisting that the man really touched Arci’s bag.
Arci did not think that the man would rob her because he was dressed formally with luxury items. “I was thinking, ano ito, modus talaga nila?” the actress said.
She shared that at first, she did not notice that something was missing in her back. Two days later, she got a notification that her credit card was being used in Ho Chi Min, Vietnam and Jakarta, Indonesia.
Arci Muñoz is thankful that the bank immediately acted on this. She warned the public to be careful as this might happen to anyone.
