Kim Chiu has this answer when asked about the status of her relationship with Xian Lim
Rumors surfaced just recently that Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu and Kapuso actor Xian Lim broke up.
Kim and Xian have been together as a loveteam and as a real-life couple for many years already. Even though they are working now on different TV networks, their fans still love the sweetness between them.
Just recently, speculations about the status of their relationship surfaced. It is because of the fact that the actress was alone during the ABS-CBN Ball.
Kim Chiu was asked why she was alone on the red carpet and her boyfriend was not with her as her date. The actress explained that Xian Lim was in India because it was scheduled prior to the annual Kapamilya ball.
Apparently, this raised some speculations that they have already broken up. In a recent interview for her latest TV series Linlang, the Chinita Princess slammed the speculations that she and her boyfriend are no longer together, based on the article in Abante.
The fact that Kim also had her recent US trip without Xian added fuel to the fire of breakup rumors. With this, Kim directly stated, “Kayo talaga… baka nalilinlang lang kayo. Okey naman kami ni Xian! Mapanglinlang ang showbiz! Pero, maayos naman, masaya naman kami,” she said.
Meanwhile, Kim Chiu shared in a previous interview that she did not ask Xian Lim’s permission to do her sultry scene with her co-star actor Paulo Avelino. The Kapamilya actress pointed out that she and her boyfriend respect each other’s decision and choices when it comes to their careers.
Although they are now on different networks, they are still so supportive of each other’s endeavors, especially when Xian decided to transfer to GMA after many years of being a Kapamilya.
