Ricci Rivero did not let these comments pass
Basketball player Ricci Rivero reacted to the death threats that his family received because of the recent issue that surfaced after he confirmed his relationship with beauty queen-turned-politician Leren Mae Bautista.
Ricci was under the hot seat these past few days because the negative reactions that he has been receiving on social media because of his relationship with Leren Mae. The basketball player was criticized for allegedly cheating on his ex-girlfriend actress Andrea Brillantes.
Leren Mae was also accused of being the third party. However, both Ricci and Leren Mae already denied these allegations. The basketball player even dared a netizen to prove that the beauty queen was “nang-agaw.”
Despite their effort to defend themselves, negative comments continue to be directed at them. Even Ricci Rivero’s father shared a post highlighting that respect is a vital thing. His mother also shared a post about a toxic relationship.
In a recent Facebook post, Ricci shared screenshots of the comments from his bashers wishing death for his family. The basketball player wrote a fierce caption in his post.
“If you think wishing death for my family makes you noble, I think your fascination with showbizness needs some serious reflection Mr. Magna Cum Laude of PUP,” Ricci wrote.
In the comment section of his post, netizens still shared their negative reactions. They said that the basketball player is being too noisy on social media. Here are some of the comments.
This is not the first time that Ricci answered the negative comments against him. He even fired back at YouTuber Bea Borres, one of the closest friends of Andrea Brillantes, who shared a cryptic post.
Previously, Leren Mae Bautista shared a post featuring the famous phrase “truth shall prevail.” In the same post, she admitted that the damage has been done.
