Herlene Budol called out to the public to help locate Catherine Camilon
Kapuso star Herlene Budol has this statement about Miss Grand Philippines 2023 candidate Catherine Camilon who went missing.
Catherine’s family reported that she was last seen on October 12. Through social media, her sister and mother asked for help from the public to share information about the beauty queen.
Days after it was reported that Catherine was missing, authorities released a statement saying there were no leads yet and that they had been asking for information about the car’s registered owner that she was driving when she left their home.
Just recently, reports surfaced that Catherine Camilon was caught on CCTV camera in a mall in Batangas. That was on the night of October 12.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Herlene Budol also expressed concern for her fellow beauty queen. The Kapuso star also joined the same beauty pageant in which she was hailed as the Miss Tourism World Philippines 2023.
“Catherine Camillon is one of my sisters sa Miss Grand International. Sana kung nasaan man siya ay nasa maayos siyang kalagayan at makauwi na siya sa kanyang pamilya,” Herlene shared.
The actress known for her Hipon Girl moniker also hoped that her fellow beauty queen would return home soon. She also asked for help from people to give information about Catherine’s whereabouts.
“Tulong-tulong po tayo na mag-share ng information para mapabilis ang paghahanap sa kanya. Sis, uwi ka na,” Herlene said.
Aside from being a beauty queen, Catherine Camilon is also a high school teacher and a resident of Barangay Rillo in Tuy, Batangas. Based on her mother’s statement, their last conversation with the beauty queen was when she was in a gasoline station going to Bauan, Batangas. She was riding in a Nissan Juke with plate number NEI-2990.
