Shaina is one of the homegrown talents of ABS-CBN. Over the years, the public has somehow seen her growth from being a child star into one of the most prominent actresses of her generation.
For many years, the actress’s love life has been known to the public, especially the relationship she had with A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz.
However, these past few years, Shaina Magdayao’s love life has been silent. Although the rumors linking her to A-list Piolo Pascual have been lingering for a long time, there is no confirmation from both camps regarding this.
Just recently, relationship rumors were not the only gossip directed at Shaina. There were speculations that she was pregnant. Through a post on her Instagram Story, the actress addressed this issue.
She said that she has been receiving messages from family and friends asking if she is pregnant. “My goodness. I am nooooot pregnant, people!” she wrote.
Shaina also pointed out that if she is pregnant, she will not deny it because she is already mature enough to have her own child. However, she stressed, “But nope. I ain’t preggers.” The actress added, “Cheers from Busan.” She is in the said city in South Korea for the Busan Film Festival. Shaina’s movie Essential Truths of the Lake, directed by Lav Diaz, is part of the film fest.
The post that Shaina Magdayao shared on IG Story was reposted on a popular showbiz site and netizens expressed various reactions. There were those who admitted that they thought the pregnancy rumors were true while there were those who were surprised that there were rumors like this.
