Kapamilya actor Carlo Aquino received bashing for being absent on his daughter Mithi’s birthday while he shared a recent video featuring his girlfriend actress Charlie Dizon.
Mithi is Carlo’s child with his former partner social media personality Trina Candaza. Their breakup was quite controversial as cheating allegations against the actor surfaced. Later on, Carlo and Charlie were linked to each other after doing a project.
Eventually, the two Kapamilya stars confirmed their relationship. In an interview last August, the couple opened up about their relationship.
On September 7, Carlo Aquino’s daughter Mithi turned 3 and Trina Candaza shared a post about the birthday celebration. It can be noticed that the actor was not in the photos.
Previously, it was revealed that Trina invited Carlo and his family to the birthday party but the actor reportedly said that he is not sure if he could come. The reason why he said that was not divulged but it was assumed that it was because of his schedule. It was also said that Carlo promised that he would visit Mithi some other day.
In a recent TikTok post, Carlo shared a video with heartfelt narration featuring his girlfriend. They were on a beach and enjoying the sunset. Based on his geotag, it was in Batangas. Carlo did not mention in his post when this video was taken.
Apparently, the actor wanted to infuse humor in his post but that was not what some netizens noticed.
