Coco Martin shared his success story
Kapamilya actor Coco Martin has this answer when asked about the tips that he can give on how to be successful in life.
Coco had a humble beginning before he became one of the in-demand leading men of his generation in showbiz. Over the years, he established his name in the industry, not just as an actor, but also as a director and producer.
Now, he is considered one of the richest actors in the Philippine entertainment industry. In a recent interview, based on the article in Abante, the Kapamilya actor shared that he has three important things to say when it comes to aiming for a successful life.
“Una, ang pag-iipon. Pangalawa, palaguin ang ipon. Pangatlo, mahalagang makahanap ng tamang partner-bank na mapapagkatiwalaan mo para yung ipon mo, masiguro mo na safe ito,” Coco Martin.
The actor also pointed out that it is not advantageous to save money at home or elsewhere because it might be gone without you knowing it.
He said it is useless to work hard and earn money but then you will just spend everything. “Dapat alam mo ang priority mo. Dapat may goal ka. Sa paghahanap-buhay, dapat may percentage ka na tinatabi for your future or for your emergency,” Coco stressed.
The actor revealed that he saves 30 percent of his earnings for emergency purposes. No matter what happens, he said that he makes sure that he will not spend the money allotted for this.
“Sa 70 percent na yun, hangga’t maaari kung mapapagkasya ko, dun ako kumukuha ng capital kung anoman ang negosyo na naiisip ko,” Coco Martin said, adding that he is thankful that his bank is helping him on this aspect.
