The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 was officially announced on July 26, 2023, and released on August 11, 2023. The 5G-ready device is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 3700 mAh battery + 25W wired + 15W wireless + 4.5W reverse wireless charging. It is available in various colors like Mint, Graphite, Cream, Lavender, Gray, Blue, Green, and Yellow.
Body & Display:
The smartphone comes in a 6.7 inches screen size and the display is a Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2640 pixels resolution. It measures165.1 x 71.9 x 6.9 mm (Unfolded)/ 85.1 x 71.9 x 15.1 mm (folded). It is built with a Plastic front (opened), glass back (Gorilla Glass Victus 2), and aluminum frame.
Platform:
Galaxy Z Flip5 is powered by the Qualcomm SM8550-AB Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (4 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 740. It runs on the Android 13 + One UI 5.1.1 operating system. It is packed with 8GB of RAM while the internal storage has 256GB and 512GB options.
Main Camera:
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 sports a dual-camera setup at the back comprising of a 12-megapixel (wide) + 12-megapixel (ultrawide) sensor. It features an LED flash, HDR, and panorama.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 10-megapixel (wide) camera. It also features HDR.
