The Vivo X Flip was officially announced on April 20, 2023, and released on April 28, 2023. The smartphone is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4400 mAh battery + 44W wired charging. It is available in three colors like: Rhombic Purple, Silk Gold, and Diamond Black.
Body & Display:
X Flip features a 6.74 inches screen size and the display is an AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2520 pixels resolution. It measures 166.4 x 75.3 x 7.8 mm (Unfolded)/ 86.4 x 75.3 x 16.6 mm (Folded) and weighs 198 grams.
Platform:
The smartphone runs on the Android 13 + OriginOS 3 operating system. It is powered by the Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 (4 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 730. It is integrated with 12GB of RAM while the internal storage has 256GB and 512GB options.
Main Camera:
Vivo X Flip sports a dual-camera setup at the back comprising a 50-megapixel (wide) + 12-megapixel (ultrawide) sensor. It features Zeiss optics, Zeiss T* lens coating, Dual-LED flash, and panorama.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 32-megapixel (wide) camera. It features HDR.
The phone’s sensors include fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. It also features Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS (L1+L5), GLONASS (G1), BDS (B1I+B1c+B2a), GALILEO (E1+E5a), QZSS (L1+L5), NFC, USB Type-C 2.0, and USB OTG.
