Rendon Labador Wants to Join Mister Supranational Philippines
Social media personality Rendon Labador expresses interest to join Mister Supranational Philippines if they want the country to win.
Rendon Labador, a motivational speaker and businessman, replied to The Alpha Pageants’ call for Mister Supranational Material on Facebook. According to the article, they are looking for a full-blooded Filipino to compete in the male pageant.
“Looking for Mister Supranational Material who is full blooded Pinoy, there’s Rendon, does it fit your taste?” asked on the Facebook page “The Alpha Pageants.”
Rendon made the comment in a post while being pushed to enter the “Mister Supranational Philippines” competition. Since the establishment of the aforementioned male pageant in 2016, no Filipino representative has won the title, at least among the runners-up.
Iván Alvarez Guedes of Spain was crowned Mister Supranational 2023 at the event in Poland. Meanwhile, Johannes Rissler of the Philippines made it to the top 20. Rendon apparently heard about the report and responded.
“Kung handa na ang Pilipinas manalo, sabihan n’yo lang ako! #StayMotivated,” he said.
His remark has gone viral, eliciting a variety of reactions from netizens. Some internet users chastised him for being too “arrogant” to represent himself. Meanwhile, some of his ardent supporters encouraged him to share his inspirational attitude.
