Ellen Adarna prefers not to show her expensive stuff on social media
Celebrity mom Ellen Adarna revealed the reason why she does not flex her luxury items on social media which is common among celebrities.
Ellen is one of the richest female celebrities in the Philippines. It is a known fact to many showbiz fans that Ellen came from a wealthy clan in Cebu. This is the reason why even though she is inactive now in the entertainment industry, she can still live comfortably.
Ellen is also known for being down-to-earth despite her financial status. She is considered a “cowboy” for being not so sensitive. She is not afraid to show her bare face also, whether her hair is messy.
There were instances that she and her husband actor Derek Ramsay would even show videos or photos of each other sleeping with their mouths open.
However, there are those things that she does not want to show on social media and these are her luxury items. Based on the article in Cosmopolitan, Ellen Adarna was asked why she does not show the expensive things she owns like branded bags, shoes, etc.
The Cebuana celebrity admitted that she owns several luxury items but she is not a fashion influencer and she does not see the need to flaunt it online.
“I’m not going to lie, I’m not going to be a hypocrite. I do have some pieces, but it is not my job… I’m not a luxury influencer. Not unless I’m being paid or it’s my job, then I’m gonna post some pictures and videos–but I am not,” Ellen said.
With this thinking, the celebrity mom said that it is going to be weird if she will post this on social media.
“So for me, it’s weird if I rampa [and] post [stuff like] Chanel… What for? What do I have to prove?” Ellen Adarna stressed.
